Terms & Conditions

• 50% Advance Requirement: All orders require a 50% advance deposit to be officially confirmed and sent into production.
• Orders will not be processed or queued until advance payment verification is complete. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatch or as specified at checkout.

Because our items are tailored and crafted with care, production times vary depending on the product type. Production windows begin once the 50% advance deposit is received:

• Standard Bedding Sets: 2 to 3 working days.
• Standard Cot Sets & Baby Products: 3 to 4 working days.
• Custom Baby Products (Cot sets with embroidery, intricate detailing, or custom sizing): 7 to 10 working days.

Note: Delivery transit times by couriers are in addition to our internal production timelines.

• Standard Orders: Any changes or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and submitting your advance deposit.
• Custom / Bespoke Commissions: Once a custom order with specific embroidery, detailing, or tailored sizing has entered production, alterations or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

We pack every order with great care. However, if your package arrives with an item missing or incorrect by mistake:

• Notification Window: You must notify us with photographic proof within 24 hours of package delivery.
• Resolution: Once verified, the missing item will be dispatched to you immediately with 0 additional delivery charges—we will cover the complete shipping cost to rectify our error.

• Exchanges: Exchanges for eligible standard items are accepted. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and delivering the exchanged replacement.
• Bespoke / Custom Items: Custom baby products, embroidered pieces, and made-to-order bespoke items are final sale and non-exchangeable unless there is a clear manufacturing fault on our end.
• Condition: Items sent back for exchange must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Export Surplus & Fabric Batches: We source premium textiles, including high-end export surplus prints. Due to batch dyeing, screen resolution, and photography lighting, slight variations in color tone or print scale may occur.
• Bespoke Buffers: Bespoke and custom-designed orders include a non-refundable processing fee factored into the quote to cover specialized pattern creation and production setups.
