This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding shipping methods, costs, and delivery times for products purchased from KhwabonKaGhar.com ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard Shipping:
- Cost: Delivery charges start at 490 PKR and go upwards depending on the weight and volume of the package.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 3-7 business days after order processing.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
A 50% advance payment is required, and the rest can be paid on COD (Cash on Delivery). It is important to note that a 4% tax will be charged on the COD amount. This is a legal requirement.
Express Shipping is not available.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-4 working days before being dispatched after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For cot sets and baby nests, it takes 4-5 working days to process an order before it is dispatched.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- Delivery generally takes 2-3 working days.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors such as product availability, shipping destination, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, logistical delays).
- We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and text message.
6. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages
- Our shipping partners will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts.
- If a package is undeliverable or unclaimed after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please refuse the package if possible, or take photos of the damage before opening it. Contact our Customer Service immediately at +92 345 8444338 with details and photos.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us, and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.
8. Local Pickup
We do offer local pickup options:
- Location: 4B Zaman Park, Canal Bank, Lahore
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm
- Process: You will be notified via WhatsApp or Instagram when your order is ready for pickup. The full address will be provided after order confirmation.
