No. While defective fabric does enter the open market, we strictly do not source it. Export mills produce buffer quantities in case of misprints or flaws. When initial production runs go seamlessly, the remaining pristine fabric is released into the open market via agents in Faisalabad, which is the fabric we purchase.

Because export surplus fabric is released in rolls (thaans) and stitched by our specialized vendors, sets typically do not feature original brand tags. On rare occasions, complete ready-made sets are released by the mills, and only those retain their original tags.

Yes. While our standard bedding follows Pakistani sizing parameters, we regularly cater to international clients with varying mattress dimensions. We offer full size customization on our products.

A duvet cover is an unpadded shell designed to slip over your existing quilt or inner insert. A comforter features built-in, lightweight 150 GSM filling.

Standard shipping is PKR 545 (up to 10 kg). High-volume items—such as Cot Sets, Baby Nests, and Comforters—require individual protective packaging and are charged separate shipping fees per volumetric item.

• Baby Nests & Cot Sets: Wash removable covers inside-out on a delicate cycle using mild,
  baby-safe detergent. Lay flat to dry to maintain product structure and
  shape.

If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. Send your order number along with photo proof via Instagram DM or email. Upon review, a replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be processed immediately. Custom-tailored pieces are final sale.
