Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are considered for items that meet our return conditions. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. A valid return approval or RMA number may be required before sending the item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds: The refund is sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the amount.

Rejected refunds: We will explain the reason. The item may be sent back to you at your expense.

A partial refund may be offered when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts for reasons not caused by us, or is returned after the 30-day return window.

Original shipping: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping. This cost may be deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video. Once verified, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement, subject to availability.
