Delivery across Pakistan
We deliver within Pakistan. Standard delivery charges are PKR 545. Standard orders are usually processed within 3–4 working days, followed by an estimated 2–3 working days for delivery after dispatch. Custom and special items may require 4–5 working days before dispatch.
Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items.

Payments
We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and partial Cash on Delivery. Orders require a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% can be paid by Cash on Delivery, with the applicable 4% tax added to the Cash on Delivery portion.
